This half-day online event will examine the following questions: Does anger have a purpose? Where does she come from? Is it possible to deal with anger constructively? How do others experience this?
Get information from brain research and compare it with your own experiences with anger. In this way, you can get an overview and, if necessary, develop concrete first steps for change in the direction you want.
