After the brilliant feminist satire God Exists, Her Name is Petrunya, Teona Strugar Mitevska presents us with a film with dry humor and healing effects, carried by an exceptional cast. Based on an experience of her screenwriter Elma Tataragić, who was injured during the siege of Sarajevo, she developed "The Happiest Man in the World".
