Sarah and Julien Kilchenmann, virtuosos on the violin and cello, began their musical journey together early. The two siblings have been making music together since childhood. Their harmonious connection and masterful playing have taken them to the world's major stages. Since 2005, the two have been an integral part of the internationally renowned Galatea Quartet. In this formation, the siblings have received numerous international awards (Bordeaux, Osaka, Florence, etc.), played concerts in legendary concert halls such as the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and the Wigmore Hall in London, and given numerous tours abroad (Japan, Argentina, India, Egypt, Europe, etc.). At Villa Sträuli, Sarah and Julien Kilchenmann can be enjoyed as a duo that knows how to inspire with a diverse program of pieces from different musical eras.
