No one will forget this bus trip any time soon. When Inger accompanies her sister Ellen and her husband Vagn on a short trip to Paris in the autumn of 1997, not everything goes according to plan. Inger stands out among the other travelers. She openly explains her psychological situation: she is schizophrenic. This is particularly evident in her bluntness, which not everyone likes. The family quickly finds themselves caught between incomprehension and prejudice. But when they arrive in Paris, it becomes clear that everyone has their own baggage. While one of the couples traveling with them is going through a marital crisis, Inger befriends her son, who is fascinated by her directness. And so Inger involves the small group of travelers in her very own adventure, which soon leads them to the door of a lost love's apartment. Director: Niels Arden Oplev
