The first asados are said to have taken place in the 16th century. The preparation of this festive meal is the Argentinian way of grilling meat over an open fire. In the Stilles Tal, the star chef Leo Gradl invited the "five asadores": Adi Bittermann, Franz Größing, Jürgen Kernegger and Jenny Gruber demonstrated how food is prepared in this traditional way.
