Die Sopranistin mit überaus reicher Erfahrung als Opernsängerin startete 1999 ihr Studium im Sologesang, nachdem sie bereits viele Auftritte im festen Ensemble des Opernchors des Theaters St. Gallen gesammelt hatte. Im Konzertfach hört man Mélanie Adami sowohl in den grossen Werken der Klassik und Romantik als auch in kammermusikalischer Literatur.
