When Van Helsing's mysterious invention, the Monsterfication Ray, goes out of control, Drac and his monster friends are all turned into humans, and Johnny becomes a monster! In their new, mismatched bodies, Drac, stripped of his powers, and an untamable Johnny, who loves life as a monster, must team up and race around the world to find an antidote before it's too late and they drive each other insane. With the help of Mavis and the hilarious human Drac crew, they start a race against time to transform back before they are trapped in their new bodies for good.
