In Central Asia's Kazakhstan, the ninth largest country in the world, a new old food trend is booming: camel milk. The herders swear by its healing powers. More and more Kazakhs are rediscovering the potential of camel breeding, because money can be made from the meat and milk of the herd animals. This ancient tradition ensures the survival of many Kazakhs today.
