Flamingos, fries and three bikes (2018, D)
The Münsterland region offers over 4,500 kilometers of signposted cycle paths, affectionately known as "Pättkes." A pedal paradise for young and old, for sports and leisure cyclists. The 40 or so newest "Pättkes" are very special paths. The "RadBahn" between Rheine and Coesfeld, for example, is built on a former railway line that was bought by the neighboring towns and communities and converted into a cycle path.
