Fatal Confrontation (2003, USA, Mike Werteen)
A highway patrolman finds an unusually large amount of blood at the scene of an accident and is surprised when the medical examiner confirms that the victim died in an accident. The policeman investigates on his own and discovers the truth through an anonymous phone call. Another case concerns the death of a woman from Bakersfield, whose decomposed body was found in an irrigation canal.
